Welcome! My name is Lee Curcio, and I bring over 40 years of real estate expertise to every client I serve. My career began on the iconic Sunset Strip with Fred Sands Realtors, where I quickly rose to success through strong communication, client service, and skilled negotiation. I later co-founded Nelson Shelton & Associates, which grew into one of Beverly Hills’ largest independent firms, and went on to represent luxury estates with sales exceeding a quarter billion dollars. Alongside representing clients, I’ve purchased, renovated, and resold over 45 luxury homes, giving me hands-on knowledge in remodeling, design, and maximizing property value.
Today, as a proud member of LPT Realty, I guide clients through some of the most desirable markets in Las Vegas, Henderson, Clark County, and Southern California’s coastal communities. I’ve also authored several books on real estate, sharing strategies for building value and navigating changing markets.
