I purchased a 1.5 Million Second Home from Lee in 12/2016. We looked at ALL the Desert areas From Palm Springs to La Quinta. Lee's thorough knowledge of all the areas, made my decision for Rancho Mirage. It was very important to me, to look at the entire Coachella Valley, before deciding on RM. I was almost certain before working with Lee for another area, then chose RM. I am very happy with my recent purchase and brought in the New Year 2017. I have already referred 2 close friend to Lee. I would not work with anyone else for Lee has a vast knowledge and has owned homes all around the Coachella Valley!!!
